iConsult provide Dell Hardware to our customers.  Dell provide a varied product range as a supplier to iConsult.  It's not just about computers though, we have chosen to use Dell Computers, as they are a 'Microsoft House' and provide a broad range of Microsoft systems.  They have in-house Microsoft Specialists and provide a 4-hour Premium Telephone support service around the clock. 

Dell Computers Technical support offer a unique service. When we need, we can communicate with a 'componant specific' specislist as a Gold Support client - this means that when we speak to a support engineer - they are a specialist in the componant we are calling to log the fault with i.e. a Hard Drive specialist or Microsoft Active Directory specialist

In addition to the level of support Dell Computers provide to us as a business customer, we are also able to purchase from them; VMware Technology, Citrix Solutions, Comprehensive Microsoft products, Cisco Systems and more.
