iScreen Premium creates a carbon copy back-up of every email received by your email server and stores these in our secure data centre environment.
In the event of disruption to your own email servers, you are instantly able to access all incoming emails in real-time, via a secure web-mail login.

iScreenPremium is a fast and effective disaster recovery solution that is intended as a means of dealing with current emails while you wait for your email servers to come back online.This solution provides an interim management control measure, until such time as your organisation is either up and running in its Disaster Recovery site or business as usual is resumed within its original premises.
All of your company’s emails are stored for a predetermined period of time (e.g. seven days). During a Disaster Recovery invocation, the person charged with looking after the emails is able to access them via an easy-to-use web-based interface and can respond to them from a generic email address. As access to the messages is via the web, they can be accessed securely from anywhere, as long as an Internet connection is available.
When your systems are back up and running, the original emails are forwarded to your employees’ inboxes.
