By its nature, technology keeps progressing and while this onward march usually offers new facilities and greater benefits, it can also be difficult to keep up with. This year alone, Microsoft has launched a new Windows operating system – Windows Vista, MS Office 2007, and a new Exchange Server.

All of these packages have some great new features but they are not a lot of use if you or your colleagues do not know how to get the best from them.

To address the need to keep up to date with the latest software packages and indeed for anyone who is unsure about the basics, we have decided to introduce a new training service on MS Office products and other IT applications.

This is a personal, tailor made service using our own qualified trainer. You can book sessions at your convenience and have the choice of learning in your office or taking the lessons remotely using our remote access software. Lessons are available on a one to one basis or in groups.

We are sure that many of your colleagues will benefit from learning more about the tools at their disposal. By knowing how to make the most of the many different features available, your staff can learn to work more efficiently and securely.

Many organisations fail to harness the power of their office applications and do not realise how capable they are. Even the most familiar software can be used to simplify day to day tasks and automate complex job functions, if only people were made aware of their applications’ full potential.
