iConsult Gold

After just two years in business, iConsult has been accredited as a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner.

This is a fantastic achievement in such a short period of time and among other things, recognises our commitment to training and developing expertise within iConsult.

In order to attain Gold certification, we had to show that we have a broad range of knowledge about Microsoft products by qualifying in a variety of specialist areas, including Windows Server, MS Exchange Server and MS SQL Server. As a company, we had already been recognised as specialists in network infrastructure solutions and information worker solutions and were recognised as a Microsoft Partner.

As well as technical knowledge, Microsoft assessed feedback from our customers in order to gauge whether the service we provide is of a high enough standard.

Importantly, Gold Partner status not only recognises our expertise and dedication to customer service but provides real benefits for customers. We will now be able to access enhanced technical support from Microsoft which will translate into an even better backup service for your IT systems.

Being awarded Microsoft Gold Certified Partner status is a real boost for all of us at iConsult and confirms that our vision of becoming the best IT support provider in the Channel Islands, is very much on track.
