1. What can iConsult provide us that other IT companies cannot?

Answer – iConsult are primarily, IT strategy consultants, which means we do not provide just IT Support and fault resolution. We help you to analyse the way you are using technology to help maximise your return on IT investments, strategic planning for IT Development and business continuity planning.

2. What sort of companies do iConsult work for?

Answer – iConsult serve businesses in the Small to Medium enterprise segment – to us and for the purposes of the Channel Islands, this means companies between the size of 1 – 100 users although we are a Small Business Specialist foremost. We have IT solutions which fit perfectly for single user businesses right through to larger network financial houses.

3. We use Macs as well as PCs in house – can iConsult support both?

Answer – Yes we currently support converged Mac & Microsoft Windows environments in design studios. Using a Mac is simply another element of a traditional Windows network these days – its nothing to be feared technically.

4. Are iConsult’s engineers qualified?

Answer – Yes, our engineers undertake certification to Microsoft’s MCSE standards as well as other qualifications. Our Ethos is to ensure we are presenting our clients with certified consultancy and engineering services. This is usually only remnant of corporate IT environments. Our intention is to bring this level of expertise to the Enterprise market and more importantly, make it accessible to small businesses.

5. Can iConsult provide equipment as well as IT services?

Answer – Yes, we can provide all top branded equipment through our Supplier partners; from Dell Computers, Servers, switches, storage solutions and HP products, through to Cisco Systems Network devices. We also provide the full spectrum of Microsoft’s portfolio and much more.
