‘We have been using iConnect for our Invoice Discounting and Factoring based business for the past 10 months. The system gives us the ability to work on the move with Windows Mobile eMail mobility and Outlook Web Access.  More importantly, we can access and manage all of our shared company documents whether in the office, on a train or at home via a webpage. We do not need any IT expertise in-house as we can access IT support from the iConnect team at anytime day or night and remote control PC support is included. We do not need to pay for  software updates, everything is included in the monthly fee.  All of our data is backed up and we do not need to worry about getting data and backup tapes off site as this is all taken care of.  Moving to iConnect has been a successful move for our business’

It's nearly 2 years since I became a client of iConsult, the service I have signed up to gives me total peace of mind regarding all things IT and Mobile related. Occasionally I've had a problem with my desk top and via the secure web portal I can give on screen access to an iConsult engineer and they have very quickly solved my problem without either of us leaving our desks.

Access to my office is online via an encrypted connection using the iConnect Service. iConnect allows me to take a holiday and know that as long as I have access to the internet I have access to my office, I have also used a combined Windows mobile/palm pilot that enables access to my office system via GPRS if I'm unable to locate a WIFI hotspot.  Back up is offsite and automatic.

We ended up with a fully hosted solution complete with antivirus and data backups in a totally secure datacentre, monitored 24/7 and absolutley no unexpected additional support charges.
 
We can access our data, applications and email from anywhere in the world via a web logon using security tags and can even rent Microsoft applications on an 'as needed basis' for one off projects. I would not hesitate to recommend their hosted solution and could not be happier with the level of support they have provided us to date.

Since having computerised medical records 3 years ago the Medical Practice at Indigo House has become increasingly dependant on its network for accounts, medical records and document scanning. With the arrival of GP net we are looking forward to receiving more electronic data from the Hospital as well as increasing use of eMail to communicate with other Health Professionals, patients and other agencies.
 
With no 'in house' IT support staff we have found the services of iConsult invaluable for both hardware support and liaising with our Software suppliers in order to both solve problems and plan our IT strategy for the future. Having used iConsult's hosted services now for some months, we have found the Microsoft Hosted Exchange collaboration we get with the iConnect and iConnect email service extremely useful for our staff.  We are able to access shared contacts on the move and arrange meetings electronically without going through the pain of telephoning each other. In our line of business, technology is rarely used as a method of enhancing service but in our case, we have seen immediate benefits and have experienced more 'user-friendly' features than we realised we were buying into!
 
iConsult made the transition from our existing ISP very easy for us and managed the whole process without loss of service or data.
 
Their iConnect remote working system is similarly very useful and easy to use.  The ability to literally work from anywhere and access our accounts software from anywhere has been extremely beneficial already.
