It's nearly 2 years since I became a client of iConsult, the service I have signed up to gives me total peace of mind regarding all things IT and Mobile related. Occasionally I've had a problem with my desk top and via the secure web portal I can give on screen access to an iConsult engineer and they have very quickly solved my problem without either of us leaving our desks.
Access to my office is online via an encrypted connection using the iConnect Service. iConnect allows me to take a holiday and know that as long as I have access to the internet I have access to my office, I have also used a combined Windows mobile/palm pilot that enables access to my office system via GPRS if I'm unable to locate a WIFI hotspot. Back up is offsite and automatic.
